Northern Trust has a long tradition of diversity and actively seeks to
open the doors of opportunity to all people. At Northern Trust, we believe
fostering a globally diverse and inclusive workforce is a fundamental
strength that plays an invaluable role in our business success.
In sport, as in life, we believe diversity enhances everyone's experience
- and that's why we created the Northern Trust Open Exemption: to help
welcome participation by all golfers. This year, we continue the tradition
by actively seeking and recognizing golfers who will help advance diversity
in golf.
Mission The Northern Trust Open Exemption is intended to identify top golfers not otherwise qualified for the tournament and award one candidate playing privileges through one of the tournament's unrestricted exemptions. Selection Process
