Directions to VA Hospital 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90073:
From the South: Take the I-405 Freeway North; Exit Wilshire Boulevard
(West). Once on Wilshire Boulevard, proceed under the I-405 Freeway
and immediately turn Right into the VA Hospital complex.
From the North: Take the I-405 Freeway South; Exit Wilshire Boulevard (West). Once on Wilshire Boulevard, immediately turn Right into the VA Hospital complex.
From the East: Take Wilshire Boulevard. Just after passing under the I-405 Freeway, turn Right into the VA Hospital complex.
From the West: Take Wilshire Boulevard. Just before the I-405 Freeway, turn Left into the VA Hospital complex.
